Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EmailVerify, the email verification website and API operated by Techforce Global ("Techforce", "we", "us"). By using EmailVerify (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EmailVerify lets you verify email addresses in real time and in bulk, and returns validation results and a confidence score. The web application is offered free of charge. Programmatic access is offered through our API on RapidAPI, subject to the plan you select there.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or represent the Service as your own without written permission.

3. Acceptable use

  • Only submit email data that you are authorised to process, and use results in compliance with applicable laws and anti-spam regulations.
  • Do not use the Service for harassment, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or any unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent limits of the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to build a competing product or to abuse third-party mail servers.

4. API access

API usage is provided through RapidAPI and is additionally governed by RapidAPI's terms, quotas and billing. You are responsible for keeping your API credentials secure.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Verification is best-effort and probabilistic. See our Disclaimer for details on accuracy and limitations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techforce Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its results.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part), and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Techforce Global's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
