EmailVerify (the "Service") is provided by Techforce Global free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Accuracy of results
Email verification is a best-effort, probabilistic process. Results depend on external mail servers and network conditions that we do not control. In particular:
- Large providers such as Gmail and Outlook may rate-limit or hide mailbox existence, returning an unknown or risky result rather than a definitive one.
- Catch-all domains accept every address, so individual mailboxes on them cannot be confirmed.
- Temporary conditions such as greylisting can affect a result at a given moment.
- A "valid" result indicates the address is likely deliverable at the time of the check. It is not a guarantee of delivery, and a mailbox can change at any time.
No liability
Techforce Global is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service or reliance on its results, including bounced emails, deliverability issues, sender-reputation impact, or business decisions made based on verification output.
Acceptable use
- Only submit email data you are authorised to process, and use results in compliance with applicable laws and anti-spam regulations.
- Do not use the Service for harassment, unsolicited bulk email, or any unlawful purpose.
- We may change, limit, or discontinue the free Service, or apply usage limits, at any time without notice.
Third-party services
Access via the API is provided through RapidAPI and is additionally governed by RapidAPI's terms. Verification queries interact with third-party DNS and mail servers.
